My teenage son is an athlete who has learned through his exposure to this water that all the "vitamin waters" that he thought were so good for him are actually very acidic. If only we could get our kids to quit buying into the "Gatorade myth" and stop spending their money on this junk. Thank you, Mamawize for providing a forum for this conversation!
